Andrew Rennie

After a Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Andrew spent nearly two decades at Santander and Amazon — a rare bridge between the technical and the business, translating fluently between engineers and stakeholders.

Where others see complexity, Andrew sees opportunity.

At Amazon he saw that growth and efficiency problems almost always trace back to systemic ones. Outside the office, he's a husband and father of four, and a committed all-weather BBQer.
